Who can use Bimbim

Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. Children play inside their parent's account, with their parent's permission.

Plans and the free trial

• Free: the first 3 episodes of every series and the newest episode, for one child.
• Family (monthly or yearly): every released episode of every series, up to 4 children, printables and offline play.
• The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged; otherwise the first payment is taken when it ends.
• Prices are on the pricing page. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Your card or PayPal details stay with Paddle; we never see them.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the parents' corner (Subscription, then Manage subscription). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then your family moves to the free plan. Your children's progress is kept.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Our content

The videos, games, characters, drawings and audio belong to Bimbim. They're for your family's personal use: please don't copy, sell or republish them.

Keeping Bimbim running

We work to keep Bimbim available and correct, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may add, change or retire episodes and games.

If these terms change

We'll update the date above. If a change affects your subscription or its price, we'll email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
