We want your family to love Bimbim. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues refunds for us.
Try it free first
The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything.
Refunds within 14 days
Not happy? Ask within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full.
How to ask
- Email us at hello@hellobimbim.com from the address you subscribed with.
- Or use the link in your Paddle receipt, or paddle.net.
- The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After 14 days
Cancelling stops future payments, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
